OUR STAFF
We specialize in hiring and training only the best. We have off-duty and former law enforcement professionals including State, County, City and/or Federal Corrections, Detention, Private Contract, Police and other licensed officers.

STAFF TRAINING
Arrow Security’s employment requirements and training exceed D.P.S. security officer standards. Officer training includes: * NCIC and ACIC Clearance Checks, Finger Printing * 40 hours minimum classroom training-160 for off duty * CPR, First Aid, Fire Suppression and Weapons Certifications * 16 hour minimum/year refresher training for armed staff * Report Writing, Ethics, Patrol Procedures, Legal Aspects, etc...

INSURANCE
We carry $2,000,000 worth of liability insurance for your protection. We also have false arrest insurance and errors and omissions. All of our staff are bonded and covered with workmans compensation
